Frequently Asked Question
What is a seat?
Last Updated 9 months ago
The term "seat" refers to a paid-for survey. Seats are available in 2 ways:
- An individual who is not a part of a group purchases a seat to be able to take the survey.
- After setting up a group, the leader purchases a specific number of seats. He/she can then invite participants to take the survey without any further payment.
Group leaders will be automatically informed when the number of available/unused seats in their group gets below 10% of the number purchased.
